Once we confirm that your property qualifies for Part Exchange, we will arrange for an independent valuation to be carried out. To give you peace of mind, all of our offers are supported by a detailed Valuation Report.
Step 3 – Decision made
Relax, you have a buyer! We take responsibility for putting your property on the market, which means you don’t have to worry about estate agent fees. We’ll even cover the cost of your Energy Performance Certificate.

We include turf to the front garden only, and we don’t include any carpets and floor coverings in our homes as standard. This allows you to choose what you’d like to do with your space and budget. If you prefer, you can choose these items as upgrades at your new home options meeting.
