Speak to your Development Sales Manager to find out if the home your are interested in is eligible
Apply for Buy Now, Sell Later if the home is eligable
We will then arrange a market appraisal for your current home and provide a suggested sale price
Once your receive this price, you have 48 hours to confirm whether you want to proceed with Buy Now, Sell Later. If you do, we will complete your reservation with you and you put your current home on the market
Once you find a buyer for your current home, you will then exchange contracts for your new home.
