We could be your guaranteed cash buyer with Part Exchange
Part Exchange comes with a range of fantastic benefits, including: a cash buyer with no chain, no estate agent fees to pay, and you can stay in your current home until your new Miller Home is ready. Plus, you could get a decision in as little as just one week.
Step 1 – Choose your home
Browse the new homes on our website or take a leisurely walk around one of our show homes. At this stage your Development Sales Manager will be able to tell you whether the home you’re interested in is included in our Part Exchange scheme.
Step 2 – Part Exchange qualification
Once we confirm that your property qualifies for Part Exchange, we will arrange for an independent valuation to be carried out. To give you peace of mind, all of our offers are supported by a detailed Valuation Report.
Step 3 – Decision made
Relax, you have a buyer! We take responsibility for putting your property on the market, which means you don’t have to worry about estate agent fees. We’ll even cover the cost of your Energy Performance Certificate.
Step 4 – There every step of the way
From this point your Development Sales Manager will guide you step-by-step through the process of buying your new Miller home. You could even be in your new home in as little as four weeks†. From sleek, designer kitchens to cool, contemporary bathrooms, down to the fine details of tiles and taps, there's plenty to fire your imagination and suggest a whole range of possibilities for you to create a unique living environment.
Please note: Specification choices are dependent on build stage at the time of reservation.
We include turf to the front garden only, and we don’t include any carpets and floor coverings in our homes as standard. This allows you to choose what you’d like to do with your space and budget. If you prefer, you can choose these items as upgrades at your new home options meeting.
