Miller Homes took the stress out of the process, which you can't put a price on.
"Our main concern with buying a new build was that timescales would be pushed back and we’d be forced to rent somewhere. However, our move in date was actually moved forward which was great.The size and layout of our property is absolutely fantastic
The number of windows in the house is great, and they bring in lots of nice light. We hired a professional company to do our snagging, and they said it was one of the best new builds that they’d ever seen.
We have beautiful views here which will never be spoiled
From the back of the house, we can see the sea and lots of countryside – we have a cracking view. We are also literally ten minutes away from the train station, so it is a really good location.
Nothing has been too much of an issue for Miller Homes’ staff
The staff have been great. No question was ever too silly for Grant, our Sales Manager. He was super helpful and we developed a good relationship with him.
Ethan, the Assistant Site Manager, has also been lovely.

We have had a pretty positive experience, and we were quite surprised at how smooth it has been. In terms of the snagging, that has been good, and we've not had much of it at all. They checked the home really well before completion. Ian, in the sales office, was really friendly, and understanding.
