We have a Castleford style home. It has a lovely open-plan kitchen area at the back.
We have two children so we can watch them eat and play as we go about our day. It's nice to be in one space. Miller Homes has various design options, so we were able to individualise our home to a certain extent. The house is located in West Edinburgh. It's where we wanted to stay. We wanted to send our children to the nursery close by. There is a new school being built as well. That is a good selling point. The bus, train and tram systems will be improved, this will mean better transport links.

Since moving in, the standout has been the site team that are here. They are hands on and genuine about fixing snagging issues. We haven't had any push back or challenges from them. They have been very approachable and want us to be happy with everything. We have been impressed with the site team most of all as they have been excellent.
The excitement of having a new build was great. We would drive past and see the home getting built. We love the house. We bought it blind; it has felt very satisfying. This plot is South-facing and has room for parking. We are not overlooked as it's at the top of a hill.
