Mark, the assistant site manager, did the demonstration with us, and he was brilliant. He still checks in to make sure we are okay now. Carly did the one-week visit, and she was really responsive and efficient. Everything is getting looked at".

The whole process was very good, and we are really pleased with the house. Some remedial work was very well handled, and they picked that up before we did. We had a professional snagging report done on Sunday, and we've not had the report back yet, so we've not had any snagging done yet, but we don't anticipate any problems".
