"The location of the development really appealed to us..."
It’s close to the shops and the town centre and you can pretty much walk everywhere. Not only that but the motorway is also close so it means we can easily reach our friends and family, who live across Fife.

The Development Sales Manager at Leven Mill was so knowledgeable and helped us choose what would work best for the Carlton. We went for New York white cabinets and a Venice marble worktop for the kitchen and it was definitely the right choice.
The hallways both upstairs and downstairs are definitely our favourite spots – they’re so spacious and bright and absolutely make the home.

We’re lucky to have a really good size of outdoor space both at the front and the back so it’s ideal for having our friends and family over. We’ve also got a Miniature Daschund, Marley, who is very impressed with her new outdoor space! Being able to move into our new home in Spring has worked out well for us. We’ve been able to get stuck into the decoration and the garden and quickly make the home our own.
