…we used the Miller Homes website, which made it easy to look at their locations and price points, and although they didn’t have the style of show home I wanted to see at this location, we were able to visit one of their other developments. When they showed me the plans, they explained the view in front of me would remain clear, and that was very important to me. Now, I can enjoy looking out of the front of my house onto a little park and greenery. The location is great too. The main road to the bypass is nearby and a retail park with shopping is three minutes down the road. Further on, there are a lot of beautiful fields.

Buying a new home, you hear things can go wrong with snagging, so I had my concerns. I feel like I worried over nothing. Everything we brought to their attention was fixed in a couple weeks. The builders are still working around us, and if I’m coming in from school with the kids, I get a smile, a wave, and “Hi Pauline!” It really makes a difference living here.

…because it's absolutely worth the money. The spacing is right and the houses are extremely well built. The warmth is amazing. Anything I've asked them to do has been done completely and done well. I feel like they went the extra mile. I'll be buying another property for a buy to let and based on this experience it’s likely I’ll buy through them again.
