“The whole buying policy was quite easy; Miller Homes couldn't do enough.”
“We thought it would be nice to have a new house that was a blank canvas, that we could just move into.”
The house itself was attractive because of how spacious it is, and because the top floor is one big bedroom and en-suite, with space for a walk-in dressing room
“They showed us their plans for the future of the development, and we were impressed.”
After we saw their plan, we knew we would also really like the whole area. Although there are going to be a lot of houses, none of them are on top of each other, so you’ll have your own space. The bus stop outside the house is convenient and we’re well situated for Newcastle or wherever we want to be. We’re also happy they’ve thought about the wildlife. They’re building a butterfly hut and taking care with what they are doing by not kicking animals out of their homes.
“Miller Homes never stressed us out.”
I was selling a house as my deposit, and when I was running a little behind, they were always quite patient. I couldn’t speak more highly of them.
I’d definitely recommend Miller Homes…
…because of the experience I had. Buying a house is stressful and I think I was lucky enough to have a property to sell. I think it's a lot more stressful for new buyers now, especially young ones. Having a company to take away that stress is an added bonus.
