Every home we sell is on this website, and it couldn't be easier to find the one that’s right for you. When you find your dream home, arrange to visit the development and our Development Sales Manager will tell you all about Downsize.
Step 2 - Checking you qualify for Downsize
Once we have confirmation that your property qualifies for Downsize, we guarantee to buy your property, based on independent valuations. To give you peace of mind, all of our offers are supported by a detailed Valuation Report so you can be sure the price you're quoted reflects your home's value.
Step 3 - Decision Made!
Relax, you have a buyer! Along with our partners, we take responsibility for getting your house on the market, which means you don't have to worry about advertising and estate agent fees, giving you more time to concentrate on moving into your new home. We’ll even cover the cost of your Energy Performance Certificate. And for properties in Scotland, we’ll also handle your Home Report.
Step 4 - With you every step of the way
