Why wait, when you can reserve your brand new home online
At Miller Homes, we like to make buying a home as easy and convenient as possible for our customers. With this in mind, we’ve added the ability to reserve our homes online on our website, in just a few simple steps.
Where do I find Online Reservation?
Online Reservation is available on selected homes where you see this icon . On the homes where it is available, you will see a ‘Reserve this home' button.
What happens next?
Once you’ve completed an online reservation, your Development Sales Manager will be in touch within 72 hours to confirm your reservation. If we are not able to contact you within 72 hours, the reservation will be cancelled and a refund will be processed for the reservation fee. If you have advised us that you would be interested in Help to Buy you will need to confirm your eligibility for the scheme with a Help to Buy agent before continuing with the reservation. Help to Buy participation is subject to approval by the administering agent and separate legal agreement with the Homes England (England and Wales) or The Scottish Government (Scotland).
Am I making a reservation?
Completing Online Reservation does not mean you have purchased your home. Once your reservation fee is paid, we will hold the property for 72 hours. Your purchase is not confirmed until you have discussed your reservation with the Development Sales Manager and provided copies of any necessary documentation.
