Why wait, when you can take the home you love off the market now, with an Online Pre-reservation.

At Miller Homes, we like to make buying a home as easy and convenient as possible for our customers. So, if you find a home you love, you can take it off the market straight away on our website in just a few simple steps. You can then make an appointment to come into our sales centre to progress your reservation.

I’ve chosen my home, how do I take it off the market?

Online Pre-reservation is available on selected homes where you see this icon Online reservations. On the homes where it is available, you will see a ‘Pre-reserve this home' button.

What happens next?

You need to complete a pre-reservation form online and pay a fee of £150.  We will be in touch to discuss the next steps and make an appointment for you to come into our sales centre within the next 5 days to reserve your new home and pay the remainder of your reservation fee.

If we are not able to contact you within 72 hours of you completing your pre-reservation form to make an appointment to progress your reservation we reserve the right to cancel the pre-reservation and return the pre-reservation fee to you. Or if a reservation is not completed by you within the next 5 days, the pre-reservation fee will be automatically returned to you. Please bear in mind it can take several days for the money to appear back in your account.  This depends on your bank’s procedures.

Am I making a reservation?

No. Completing an Online Pre-reservation does not mean you have purchased your home or made a reservation. It just means that we will take the home off the market to give you time to contact us to start a reservation on it. 

You have not made a reservation until we meet with you to complete a reservation form, where you must provide copies of any necessary identification documentation, paid the remaining reservation fee and we will provide you with all the information you need to complete a reservation.  More information about the documentation you need to provide at your reservation and welcome meeting and reservation fees can be found here.
