Whenever I had any questions, it was easy because Miller Homes could contact the solicitors and as a result, things went very smoothly. Getting the keys and moving in was such an exciting time, I had to wait a little bit for the funds to be released so I was on the edge of my seat and ready to go. It was great when everything went through and I was able to go to my house. Miller Homes had left a little welcome pack, along with chocolates so that was a nice introduction.

You hear so much about snagging issues in a new home and so I did have some concerns about this. There are always going to be a few little issues, but Miller Homes has such a good process around this that it really hasn’t been a problem. Things have been dealt with efficiently, all in all I’ve been taken care of and people have been helpful.

The country park is near to Woodcross Gate and as I am keen on the outdoor lifestyle, it’s nice to be able to go for walks whenever I want. My partner and I are planning the future, so I’ve looked at things like schools and there are plenty in the area. It just feels like a nice place to have a home and as the community is close knit it has been easy to settle in.
I’d definitely recommend Miller Homes…
