Miller Homes wins Large Homebuilder of the Year
Miller Homes was named Large Homebuilder of the Year at the 2026 Homes for Scotland Awards, which took place in Edinburgh on Friday 15 May.
The awards celebrate excellence in Scotland’s home building sector and were attended by 900 senior industry representatives and guests.
Miller Homes received the award following a landmark year for the business in Scotland and across the UK, with a strong financial performance underpinned by the successful integration of St. Modwen Homes into the Miller Homes group and a 29% increase in new home completions in 2025.
Stewart Lynes, CEO of Miller Homes, said: “We were delighted to receive the accolade of Large Homebuilder of the Year at the Homes for Scotland Awards. This award recognises our fantastic achievements as a business over the last 12 months and is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our teams in Scotland and across the UK.
“As we continue to grow our business, we remain proudly headquartered in Edinburgh, and it’s an honour to receive this award in recognition of our ongoing commitment to building more much needed high-quality new homes in Scotland.”
The award was presented at the annual Homes for Scotland Awards lunch, which took place at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, where Miller Homes also won Best Medium Development for Chapel Gardens in its Scotland West region.
The Large Home Builder of the Year award is the second recent accolade in recognition of the business’s growth and strong performance following the British Business Awards earlier in April, where Miller Homes was announced as winner in the Large Business of the Year category.
