Rather than just deciding on bedroom numbers, the size of the bedrooms was important. Not only can we fit beds and other furniture in each one here, but we have three bathrooms as well. It’s very good value for money.

It’s very nicely kept and well thought out, so it looks very attractive, especially when it’s compared to other new build developments that are made up of houses and concrete that just look thrown up. Everything here is well thought out with the landscaping, the space in between the houses and a mix of different house types. There are quite a lot of fields at the back, and a nice forest walk that Miller Homes has developed. We’re not totally surrounded by other homes, and we’re still ten minutes from the city centre, close to shopping and close to the hospital.

Sean has been very helpful. When I called him he answered right away, and if he’s been walking along he’d always ask if everything was OK. When I needed something painted on the ceiling in my bathroom, a painter came straight away the same day I’d mentioned it.
I’d definitely recommend Miller Homes...
...because I think the process has been straight forward and the reassurance I received was key.
