Crofthead, Maidenhill offers a choice of two, three, four and five bedrooms homes in one of Scotland's most prosperous, sought after locations.
Newton Mearns has grown from a rural village to a highly desirable residential area. Crofthead, Maidenhill brings an attractive new neighbourhood to a strategically outstanding location close to the junction of the M77 and the A726 Glasgow Southern Orbital. There are good bus links between Newton Mearns and Glasgow, and frequent train services between Whitecraigs, three miles away, and Glasgow Central.
There is a wealth of green spaces and play areas in and around the town, ranging from the urban parks and the woodlands lining Capelrig Burn to Rouken Glen Country Park and the superb Dams to Darnley Country Park, a vast expanse of forest and meadow incorporating five reservoirs.
Excellent amenities can be found within walking distance of Maidenhill. The traditional independent shops are complemented by The Avenue, a retail park in the town centre with more than 40 stores covering fashion, footwear and food, including M&S, Asda, Waterstone's and Boots. There are banks, a post office, diners and bars within the complex, and a dental surgery and a large GP practice close by. Local schools include Maidenhill Primary and St Clare's Primary School. Secondary schools within the catchment area for Crofthead include Mearns Castle High School and St Ninian's High School.
When it comes to getting the details right, we're committed to quality throughout. We only work with high-quality brands, for example Symphony for kitchens, Porcelanosa for ceramic tiles and Ideal Standard for sanitary-ware.
From sleek, designer kitchens to cool, contemporary bathrooms, down to the fine details of tiles and taps, there's plenty to fire your imagination and suggest a whole range of possibilities for you to create a unique living environment.
Please note: Specification choices are dependent on build stage at the time of reservation.
“Everything Miller Homes offered added up, so we didn’t have to worry.”
“We were happy to find a home that was in our price range, and that had just what we wanted and needed.”
Being a four-bedroom house, this offers us good living space. It’s south facing and private, and it’s laid out with the kitchen at the front. The upgraded tiling in the bathroom and the white goods they included made it worthwhile for us as well.
“The Part Exchange process definitely made it a lot easier for us.”
Doing it took away all our concerns about selling our property. They organised the process and they gave us a good offer on our house. They also put us in touch with a lawyer, and that worked well. The customer service from the team made everything easy, so it happened very quickly.
I’d definitely recommend Miller Homes…
…because we're really happy with the quality of build and the customer service has been great.
We've been well looked after.
