While Turnstone Grange is currently less than fifteen minutes drive from the M6, the new Congleton Link Road, scheduled to open in 2021, will provide even better access to the development. The town has bus links with Macclesfield, Crewe and Newcastle under-Lyme, and trains between Manchester Piccadilly and Stoke-on-Trent, running approximately hourly, stop at Congleton. The trip into Manchester takes around 40 minutes, and there are connections at Stoke-on-Trent for London Euston.

The earlier in the build process you reserve your home, the wider the range of options you are likely to have to choose from.

When you do find and reserve the home for you, you’ll be able to use our visualiser to select and explore the options available to you from the comfort of your own home. This will help you get an idea of what you like and consider whether you’d like to add on any upgrades to make your home your own.

At your Personal Choices Meeting, you’ll be invited to spend some time in the options area in our sales centre, where you can see the full range of finishes available and discuss your plans with our experienced team.

Once you select the finishes you would like, we’ll take care of the rest.

First time buyers can now reserve using the new Help to Buy scheme.

The new Help to Buy scheme is available for first time buyers purchasing a new build property up to the price of £224,400.

Help to Buy* offers up to a maximum of 20% of the purchase price through an equity loan funded by the Government. The remaining amount is then made up through a deposit contribution and a mortgage from a bank or building society.
