Novus is just a few yards from the A56 and just over a mile from the M60 Manchester Outer Ring Road. It offers a drive time of less than fifteen minutes into Manchester city centre, as well as easy access to the national motorway network.
Old Trafford and Stretford Metrolink stations are both within fifteen minutes walk of the development with trams running on average every 12 minutes. Also, buses linking Stretford with Salford Quays and Manchester city centre stop close to the development. Trains between Manchester Oxford Road and Liverpool Lime Street stop at Trafford Park railway station, around a mile away.
Cycle paths along Talbot Road and the Bridgewater Way connect with both local and national cycle networks, making Novus an excellent starting point for either commuting by bike or long-distance riding.
When it comes to getting the details right, we're committed to quality throughout. We only work with high-quality brands, for example Symphony for kitchens, Porcelanosa for ceramic tiles and Ideal Standard for sanitary-ware.

“I had no worries buying a brand-new home from Miller Homes.”
“ It was just all positive; it sold itself.”
We bought our three-bedroom home at a very good price and the layout makes it’s nice and cosy. Having three bathrooms suits our family, and an open plan kitchen and lounge area makes things easy. There’s a car port, so we know our car is safe. We also love the nice, little garden that the kids can go in. If they want to have a little kick around with the football, it’s much safer than playing in the street.
“I’ve lived around Old Trafford for 29 years, so for me it was all about family and friends.”
It’s good to be close to where my parents live, but it’s also close to my work, the city centre, and the airport because of its central location. I’m spoilt for choice for the kids too with two schools just down the road, Trafford High, and a good primary school.
“Elaine in the office was brilliant.”
She is a very welcoming, very warm, and very nice lady. Especially through the Covid situation, she dealt with things well. She emailed us and kept us up to date, letting us know where the house was at and when it would be finished. She was also very honest. We never had false promises like “we’ll finish it tomorrow” when there were two weeks and there was work left. She was very precise, and we liked that.
I’d definitely recommend Miller Homes…
…because Elaine is friendly, the house is amazing, the price is good, and the location is great. It has everything.
