Buying a new build meant it was something we didn’t have to get the ladder out to work on.  We were happy to find a big property in a great location. Upstairs we have four bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and downstairs we have a large kitchen diner, separate lounge, and a separate dining room. We love the spacious rooms and it’s nice to walk into a house that’s completely decorated.

The sales staff weren’t in the least bit pushy. They were very helpful and honest in their opinions and comments. It had been over forty years since we bought last, so their suggestion of solicitors was helpful. The financial package paying for most of the legal fees was good too.

We’re on the very beginning of the development, so we love our outlook of green and trees. It’s pleasant, well maintained, and just a nice place to live. The people are very friendly, and we have excellent schools, a library, a leisure centre, and good shopping facilities. Although it’s a larger village, it retains a small village feel with the advantage of having more things available, like a lot of societies and the golf club.

I’d definitely recommend Miller Homes…

…because of the style of this development. The properties are well designed, they have great sales and admin staff, combined with extremely good support from the on-site construction and after sales support teams.

When we saw two Miller Homes sites, we were really impressed. The design of the site is well planned out.  The homes are interspersed, so you don’t feel overlooked. We can enjoy the open aspect looking at sky and grass, and we can also enjoy the peace because it’s not too busy. I loved the style of the house with the lovely, big dining room/kitchen running along the back.  Also, having lived in an old house where something always needed replacing, having everything new is quite nice.

The Assistant Site Manager, Richard, has been absolutely brilliant.  He’s done everything we wanted.  He helped with our request for additional spotlights, (as in the show home), as well as extra electrical points and our specified flooring.  Since moving in, it hasn’t been all plain sailing, but the customer services team have been brilliantly on the ball to sort out a couple of issues we had – the post sales service has been great.

I’d definitely recommend Miller Homes…
