I work in Birmingham, and I can easily drive to Derby train station in ten minutes, so it’s convenient for my daily commute. On the weekends, there are a lot of lovely walks on our doorstep, and we’ll have some lovely cycle paths to ride on when it’s all completed.

"I thought Tim, the Development Sales Manager, was excellent from start to finish. Anytime we wanted to take a tour, he would accommodate us. There were a couple of site managers who were great too, and Mark was one of them. They all made us feel at ease. Mark was very quick to respond to any issues, and everything has been fine since. The heating system had been set and we didn't know how to unset it, but Mark helped us resolve the issue quickly."
