During our purchase, timing was important because of the stamp duty holiday deadline. Lauren in Sales pushed for us and tried her best, contacting us at least a couple of times a week and keeping us regularly updated. Everything was made as easy as possible, and we felt well supported the whole time

Price was important, but I was very impressed with the general design of the houses on the estate. Looking at them, I could see they thought through the finishing touches, like including rendering and canopies over the doors. They really stand out.

I work in Birmingham, and I can easily drive to Derby train station in ten minutes, so it’s convenient for my daily commute. On the weekends, there are a lot of lovely walks on our doorstep, and we’ll have some lovely cycle paths to ride on when it’s all completed.
I’d definitely recommend Miller Homes…
