Yorkshire couple, Linda and Patrick were in the process of buying a new build home from another builder when the purchase fell through due to poor communication, leaving the couple without a home.
A tour around the areas they were interested in living led them to our Holmebank Gardens development in the picturesque West Yorkshire town of Honley. From the very beginning the couple fell in love with the location, the style of the development and their home.
