About Regal View
Due to popular demand, all of our homes at Regal View in Great Glen have now been reserved. The annual service charge at Regal View is £185 and the management company responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the development is Ground Solutions Ltd. The service charge runs until 26/12/2023. Charges are subject to change (charges are shown exclusive of VAT). Service charge will be reviewed on the date shown.

At one stage we’d reserved a different plot, but we pulled out when we realised that the timing didn’t work for us. Then, we were pleased to find this plot would be ready when we needed it. The roof was already on and Ben and Emma, the Sales Manager for the area, spoke with senior management to say I was buying the third house with them. They said I wanted to add more options to the house and make a few changes. They accommodated me and allowed me to bend the rules to have the options.
