With our ‘spooktacular Halloween offer’ when you reserve your new home at any of our Teesside developments between Thursday19th and Tuesday 31st October 2023, you can pick a Halloween item at random that will have an extra special treat inside.

Offer is applicable to new reservations only on selected Teesside developments. Offer is subject to Miller Homes' standard terms and conditions and cannot be used in conjunction with any other incentive or offer nor exchanged for cash. Miller Homes reserves the right to withdraw the offers at any time. 

Customers who reserve a home at any of our Teesside developments between 19th October – 31st October 2023 will be able to pick a Halloween item at random that contains an upgrade. 
Halloween items include: 

• Outside Tap 
• £50 voucher to fill your fridge when you move in
• Mirror above ensuite sink 
• £50 Seasonal bouquet when you move in
• Fencing to rear garden 
• £500 towards your legal fees
• Turf to rear garden
• £500 options voucher  

Halloween upgrades given will be chosen at random and cannot be swapped for an alternative upgrade.  Upgrades are, subject to lender's approval and successful completion. Only one entry per reservation. Upgrades are from the Miller Homes range and subject to availability depending on the build stage at time of reservation.

Customers must be over 18 years of age to enter and must be a UK resident and not family of Miller Homes employees or agents nor professional connected with Miller Homes.
