Terms and Conditions
The ARRAN Sense of Scotland festive fragrance competition is open to all people who visit Miller Homes at Shawfair and provide contact details between the dates 17th November and 1st December inclusive.
1. One prize is offered: ARRAN Sense of Scotland festive bundle.
2. No purchase necessary. All prizes given cannot be transferable or refundable. They cannot be exchanged for any alternative or for cash.
3. Competition is open to UK residents aged 18+ who visit the showhome at Shawfair before 1st December.
4. The competition excludes employees and family of Miller Homes or anyone professionally connected with the company.
5. Entrants will be drawn at random on 3rd December, with the first random winner chosen given the prize.
6. By entering the competition, entrants agree:
a. For images to be published on Miller Homes website and social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok);
b. To grant Miller Homes a non-exclusive royalty free perpetual license to use, images for the purpose of promotion.
7. Winners will be notified via their chosen contact method as provided and will be required to collect their prize from the sales centre at Shawfair, no later than two weeks after contact.
8. By entering the competition, entrants agree to take part in publicity to promote the competition.
9. Miller Homes reserves the right to extend any dates without prior warning.
10. No responsibility will be accepted for any entries delayed, lost or not included in the competition for any reason whatsoever
