*To claim your reward this voucher must be completed in full, signed by all parties and handed to the Development Sales Manager on the initial visit. £1,000 will be paid to the referrer only upon legal completion of the homebuyer’s purchase. In the event of the completion not taking place due to either party pulling out for any reason the £1,000 payment will not be honoured.
