5 stars for customer satisfaction awarded for 10th year

Miller Homes has received the maximum 5 star rating in the Home Builders Federation (HBF) annual New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey. This is the 10th time in 11 years that Miller has achieved the 5 star accolade.


The 2020/21 survey findings highlighted that 92% of respondents would recommend Miller Homes to a friend.

The HBF New Homes Survey is one of the largest surveys of its type in the UK and this year saw over 60,000 people who have recently bought a new build home take part.

Achieving such high levels of customer satisfaction underlines the commitment of house builders to drive improvements through their businesses that deliver positive customer outcomes.


“To achieve a 5-star rating whereby over 90% of a builder’s customers would recommend them to a friend demonstrates the commitment of the company to its customers and is a significant achievement.”
