Miller Homes appoints National Sales and Marketing Director

Miller Homes has appointed Anne Marie Britton as its new National Sales and Marketing Director.

Anne Marie, who has worked with the leading housebuilder for the last 14 years, will assume a position on the Miller Homes Board following her promotion to the newly created post.  

Anne Marie has a wealth of experience, having spent the majority of her career in the housebuilding and construction industry, working for a number of large organisations in various sales, marketing and business development roles.  She joined Miller Homes in 2001 as Sales Director for Scotland before progressing to Area Sales and Marketing Director in 2014. 

In her new role, Anne Marie’s key responsibilities will be to develop and direct the sales, marketing and communications strategies in liaison with the Area Managing Directors and Area Sales and Marketing Directors.

Commenting on her promotion, Anne Marie said: “This is an incredibly exciting time for the housebuilding industry as the market builds on the momentum which has gathered over the last few years.  Miller Homes is a fantastic business with ambitious plans for the future and I am looking forward to working with my colleagues to further enhance our brand, product and customer experience.”

Chris Endsor, Chief Executive of Miller Homes, said: “We created the post of National Sales and Marketing Director to help us drive forward our strategy of growing our business to around 3,000 units per annum within the next three to five years.  Anne Marie has tremendous experience and excellent knowledge of both the housing market and the Miller Homes brand and she will play a key role in helping us achieve our goals.”

Anne Marie will be based in Edinburgh and will report directly to the company’s Chief Executive, Chris Endsor.
