My experience has been fabulous. From the day we went to see the houses, the sales team answered any questions we had. If they did not have an answer, they found it for us. We had a very good experience. This is a big decision for a family, and the salesperson made it possible. Helen, the sales lady, was very helpful, and she made the process go smoothly. The assistant site manager, Neil, has been very good. We had a couple of snags, and she got them done within a week.
