Evergreen Manor is less than eight miles from the seaside attractions of Irvine and around 25 minutes from Glasgow by car. We’d previously never heard of Miller Homes, but we did a lot of research and they had great feedback online. No show room was here at the time, but we went to the one in Glasgow and it was amazing; we knew this was going to be our first brand new home. We were able to watch them lay the plot foundations and I really loved seeing the build happen. Initially, I wasn’t sure what the house would look like or what to expect as we only had visual representation on a board, but the home superseded expectations when we moved in.

The area is sought after as it’s so breath-taking; you can see all of Arran. We immediately jumped on this opportunity because there aren’t many new builds around here and the well-established homes don’t come up for sale often. Waiting for the home during the pandemic was worthwhile because of how settled the kids were in school, as well as how close it was to work. The location is extremely central; it’s amenable, close to the motorway and you can get to Glasgow within twenty minutes via the train station.

Any concerns were erased from my mind thanks to the informative website and regular updates on the Miller Homes app. From meeting Emma to moving in, there was constant communication and questions answered. Once we got the keys and moved in, we received a card, a bottle of Champagne and some chocolates, which really made us feel welcomed us. A fuss like this when moving into a home doesn’t happen often; everything was amazing.
I’d definitely recommend Miller Homes…
