We can't recommend them highly enough..."Emma Sneddon, the development manager, kept us updated with the progress of the build. We were first time buyers. Billy the site manager was accommodating allowing us to access the house. We can't recommend them highly enough".
The developer stood by us throughout"We got let down by our first buyers, but the developer stood by us throughout. It all worked out well in the end".
They were absolutely exceptional."The sales team and the site manager were very helpful and supportive. They kept us updated and made sure we were happy with everything. They were absolutely exceptional".
Support from the staff on site, was brilliant throughout"It was a rapid process. The support from the staff on site, was brilliant throughout. They were helpful".
The quality of the build is good, and we've been happy with the house"The site team were always very friendly, and very helpful; Emma, the sales representative, and Billy Clark the assistant site manager. The quality of the build is good, and we've been happy with the house".
A business that looks after customers pre and post completion is rare these days, but Miller Homes does just that.
"It's the family home we wanted and more.”
We’d previously never heard of Miller Homes, but we did a lot of research and they had great feedback online. No show room was here at the time, but we went to the one in Glasgow and it was amazing; we knew this was going to be our first brand new home. We were able to watch them lay the plot foundations and I really loved seeing the build happen. Initially, I wasn’t sure what the house would look like or what to expect as we only had visual representation on a board, but the home superseded expectations when we moved in.
“Evergreen Manor has a stunning backdrop, particularly at sunset.”
The area is sought after as it’s so breath-taking; you can see all of Arran. We immediately jumped on this opportunity because there aren’t many new builds around here and the well-established homes don’t come up for sale often. Waiting for the home during the pandemic was worthwhile because of how settled the kids were in school, as well as how close it was to work. The location is extremely central; it’s amenable, close to the motorway and you can get to Glasgow within twenty minutes via the train station.
“Miller Homes has nailed their customer satisfaction.”
Any concerns were erased from my mind thanks to the informative website and regular updates on the Miller Homes app. From meeting Emma to moving in, there was constant communication and questions answered. Once we got the keys and moved in, we received a card, a bottle of Champagne and some chocolates, which really made us feel welcomed us. A fuss like this when moving into a home doesn’t happen often; everything was amazing.
I’d definitely recommend Miller Homes…
…because I wasn’t compelled to put a deposit down and the opportunity to reflect and ask questions was given. Everything we requested was supported and if Emma didn’t have the answer to our queries, she’d find someone who did. You couldn’t ask for more.
I can't rate her any higher
"The smooth transition."
Emma, the sales manager, was brilliant. I can't rate her any higher.
They've gone above and beyond what's expected..."I found Emma, in the sales office, very helpful and approachable. Billy, the site manager, has been excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. They've gone above and beyond what's expected".
Billy, the site manager, was amazing..."Billy, the site manager, was amazing. He has been checking up on us consistently to deal with any issues; if we found any problems, he would get someone on the phone to try and resolve the issue. Emma, the sales person, has also been amazing. She has been very, very helpful and friendly. She would answer any of our questions whenever we call her".
It isn't just a case of them selling the house and then saying goodbye.
"It was quite faultless and hassle-free."
There was a big wait time between purchasing and moving in, but the saleslady always messaged us to keep us up-to-date.
"She made sure that we felt involved in the process."
Even once we moved in, the guys on site came in to make sure that we were okay. When we pass by them on the development, they ask how we are. It isn't just a case of them selling the house and then saying goodbye. They have come out to fix small snags quite quickly.
"She was there all the way through the buying journey"We dealt with Emma on site and everything went really well with her. She made it personal and whilst the house was being built, she took us around so we could see it - rather than just looking at drawings. She was there all the way throughout the buying journey.
"Overall, the experience was positive.""Overall, the experience was positive. The site manager, Billy, was very helpful when dealing with snags."
"The whole customer service experience has been brilliant""Emma, in sales, was exceptionally helpful with any questions we had. She put our minds at rest, she always gave us the time, and the whole customer service experience has been brilliant from start to finish."
