A mile and a half from the A1, three miles from Newcastle International Airport and five from the city centre, the development is well placed for travel throughout the country and abroad. Callerton Parkway Metro Station, a park-and-ride facility just over two miles to the north, is on the Metro Green Line, with more than four services an hour on weekdays through Newcastle city centre, 20 minutes
away, and on to Gateshead and Sunderland. Buses between Newcastle and Hexham pass alongside the development, and further local services travel along North Walbottle Road, five minutes walk away.

Consumers buying a new build property are saving more than £400 per household^ on their energy bills as well as collectively helping to reduce the country's carbon emissions according to the latest report from the Home Builders Federation.

The benefits of buying a new build home are more important than ever as energy bills are set to rise by more than 50% from the end of April 2022.

Buying a new build home could produce a third of the annual carbon emissions produced by older properties which could prevent 2.4 tonnes of carbon each year for every household.

  • You could save an average of £435^ a year on your energy bills

  • The average new build home emits 2.38 tonnes^ less carbon each year

  • Despite new build homes being an average of 7.4% larger than older properties, new homebuyers are generating savings every month

  • Heating bills are on average, 59% cheaper for a new build property versus an older equivalent

  • 95% of new build properties are rated an EPC of A-C and the majority of those rated A or B^

  • With a new build, there’s no secret history, nothing hiding in the attic. What’s more, you can often add your own personal touch to a new build making it a little bit more you right from the start. It’s things like this that turn a house into a home.
