Park View overlooks Saltwell Park and has excellent views
I bought this property with me and my wife in my mind
I thought this would be a nice place for my wife and I to settle down. Saltwell Park is right on the doorstep which is very handy and the local shops are only a 10 minute walk away. There are nice restaurants and bars and Newcastle is only 10 minutes away.
Watching sunsets on the balcony is great
I didn’t see the views until everything was almost completed as I couldn’t get into the building. I’d only imagined what the views would be like and I was really impressed. I like the location as well; Gateshead College used to be on this site and I went there myself so there was a little bit of history there.
The sales staff kept me informed and let me know that we were on track to exchange
Katherine was really good and really looked after us. David the site manager was also excellent when we did the house inspection, getting our minor faults sorted out very quickly.
