"The communication has been great. The service has been really good as well. Thomas, who I think is a support worker, has been amazing regarding any snagging issues or concerns which I've had with with the property. He really went above and beyond. Also, the saleslady, Vivian, has been amazing, as has everyone else on site, including the site manager, Gary, and all of the contractors. They have all been really helpful and quick to respond and action things. With any issues, they have resolved them quickly."
