The annual service charge at Smalley Chase is £184.20 and the management company responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the development is RMG. The service charge runs until 21/10/2023. Charges are subject to change (charges are shown exclusive of VAT). Service charge will be reviewed on the date shown.

“People assume there will be hundreds of snags to remedy and it will take years, but it has been pretty easy.”
We are only in the early stages, so they will be on site for another couple of years. A workman comes around and fixes our small snags straightaway. Our shower had some issues because the shower company didn't tell Miller Homes that they had damaged it on installation, but Miller Homes swapped it out straightaway. There have been no major issues.

The commute is convenient for both myself and my partner. We both work in different cities, so the home had to be somewhere we could both travel from. It’s in a semi-rural location and we sit next to farmland so there is a lovely view.

We had a professional survey conducted when we moved in and the surveyor couldn't really find anything wrong. The build quality is very good and any minor snags were corrected straightaway. Kelly, the Sales Manager, is still in the Site Sales Office down the road, so we can go and talk to her. She has been very friendly and helpful. She is out on the street a lot showing buyers their plots, so she is always around. We are friendly with the Construction Manager, Shaun. If we have any issues, we can go to them. Miller Homes has plenty of staff available for us.
