All of our homes are covered by a 2 year Miller Homes and 10 year NHBC warranty.

All of our homes at Kedleston Grange are freehold. 

The annual service charges at Kedleston Grange vary by plot as set out below:

Plots 1 to 8, 13 to 18 - £560.92
Plots 9 to 12 - £997.77
Plots 19 to 45, 48 to 54, 277 to 283, 290 to 297, 300, 305 to 314, 329 to 344, 356, 371 to 373 - £168.42
Plots 345 to 347 - £512.42
Plots 348 to 353 - £987.27

The management company responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the development is RMG. The service charge runs until 31/12/2023. Charges are subject to change (charges are shown exclusive of VAT). Service charge will be reviewed on the date shown. 

Our Kedleston Grange will be split into multiple phases, with construction taking place at different times on each of the various phases.
