“I did have concerns because of my past experience buying from another home builder but having dealt with Miller Homes they are all gone.”
“The nice thing about Heritage Grange is that it’s a bit more rural, so it has more of a village lifestyle to it.”
We have everything we need here, like shops, especially with Hinckley two minutes down the road. Being situated in the middle of several different villages, it’s nice to have a lot of places to walk and visit. We’re happy being away from a compacted residential area.
“They provided all the avenues to move out of our old house and help us into this one.”
Miller Homes was very good in helping us figure out what we could afford and providing resources for us. In the end we used Help to Buy, but also Assisted Move. They handled finding local agents in our area and getting them to come to us, rather than us having to go to them. That saved us a lot of money with estate agent fees as they were covered with the scheme. Sarah Brett in the sales office was also very on board with keeping things going within our chain. Everything was quite slow as we were moving in the middle of Coronavirus and she really put the effort in to help.
“I haven’t had any issues.”
In my previous experience I had a terrible build quality and the other builder didn’t want to help with anything that went wrong, certainly not solving things quickly. Here, it’s been the opposite. In fact, the only thing I’ve had to contact them with was a question about the boiler, and they were straight onto it.
I’d definitely recommend Miller Homes…
…because of their helpfulness. They've been really good all round.
