The look and finish attracted us to Dukes Field. Despite Dukes Field’s size, properties vary widely. They’re all different styles, which far surpasses homes looking the same. Spacing has been considered; it doesn’t feel like we’re on top of each other. Peace and tranquillity are important to me, so I love being on the outskirts of the village. Accessibility is high as Dukes Field isn’t far from anything, even though it’s quiet. We’re near to all the facilities we’d need, like the coffee shop, grocery stores and doctors. If someone didn’t have a car, they’d still be able to manage without going out of the village.

I like the layout of our property. The kitchen is great; we can eat in the dining area and go through the French doors leading to the garden, so it’s a very sociable area. As a feature, the French doors give a really lovely feel to the home. I was attracted to the garden because it’s a really good size and it had already been turfed. When we moved in, we didn’t need to do anything other than personalise the home.
Everyone went the extra mile to make the process smooth and enjoyable.
Staff were helpful in making the journey simple for me. The lady in the site office was lovely; she wasn’t pushy, but she shared her knowledge and was really nice. If I needed help, the site manager obliged. When issues cropped up, Miller Homes dealt with them very well. I’m totally confident in them because of this.
I’d definitely recommend Miller Homes…
…because the build finish is first class. If something needs to be done in the build stage to make it look better, it’s done; it was perfect. Reservation could be done online, so the property was very easy to buy. It was good to know that we had the home and that no one else could get it.
