The annual service charges at Charters Gate is £195 and the management company responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the development is SDL Bigwood. The service charge runs until 15/04/2023. Charges are subject to change (charges are shown exclusive of VAT). Service charge will be reviewed on the date shown.
Our Charters Gate development is part of a wider development of homes. The development will be split into multiple phases, with construction taking place at different times on each of the various phases. The development has plans for wider community facilities including a village park and primary school.
