The annual service charge at Bonington Grange is £141 and the management company responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the development is Trustmgt. The service charge runs until 25/05/2024. Charges are subject to change (charges are shown exclusive of VAT). Service charge will be reviewed on the date shown.
