Following the most recent Government announcements in July about Covid-19, our sales centres and show homes in Scotland and England are open for you to visit by appointment only and construction work on our new homes is continuing. 

The health and safety of both you and our teams remains our priority, so we wish to reassure you that we will continue to operate a cautious and careful approach to social distancing and hygiene, taking responsibility to keep ourselves and others safe. For both our teams on site and for you our customers our protocols remain, wearing face coverings, keeping a safe social distance, regular hand washing, and good ventilation are all still good practice and will be actively encouraged.

We recommend talking to us by telephone or video call in the first instance to enable us to establish your requirements and how best we can assist you from the safety and comfort of your current home.  We are very well equipped to support our customers over the telephone, by email, via our website, using the My Miller Home app or through video calls.

Where face-to-face visits to our sales centres and show homes are required, you can be confident that we will continue to arrange bookings by appointment only and limit these to one household per visit with social distancing measures in place to help keep everyone safe. We can also put you in touch with independent financial advisers, solicitors and estate agents who are also still open and can assist you with your move.

We are very proud of the systems and tools we have in place to help us continue to provide our customers with excellent levels of service throughout their journey with us and our experienced sales teams will continue to be there for you as normality resumes.
