Our show homes and sales centres in England are now open
To ensure you feel as comfortable as possible during your visit, we ask that you make an appointment. You can be confident and relax in the knowledge that each visit will be restricted to customers, or potential customers, who are from the same household. You can book an appointment via our website, or by contacting a member of our sales team whose details can be found on our website along with lots of other helpful information. Once your appointment has been arranged, we’ll be in touch to let you know what to expect when you come to visit – you can also find out more here.
We have great tools and systems in place to support you from the comfort of your current home, so in the interests of both your safety and that of our staff, we’ll continue to do as much as possible over the telephone, through video calls, by email, via our website, or by using the My Miller Home app for customers who have purchased already.
We are looking forward to beginning a phased return to work on our sites in Scotland following the Scottish Government’s announcement that the construction industry may restart. Our sales centres have to remain closed and will only reopen when there is support from the Scottish Government to do so. Plans are in place to allow us to reopen our sales centres in Scotland as soon as we are permitted.
