Terms & Conditions

**The Fortnum & Mason hamper competition is open to all people who visit Woodcross Gate, Normandy and provide their contact details between the dates of Friday 9th February  –  Monday 26th February 2024 inclusive.

  1. The prize offered is for 1 The Taste of Fortnum's Hamper from Fortnum & Mason
  2. No purchase necessary. All prizes given cannot be transferable or refundable. They cannot be exchanged for any alternative or for cash.
  3. Competition is open to UK residents aged 18+ who visit Woodcross Gate and provide their contact details before 5.30pm on 26 February. 2024.
  4. The competition excludes employees and family of Miller Homes or anyone professionally connected with the company.
  5. Entrants will be drawn at random on 29th February 2024.
  6. By entering the competition, entrants agree:
    1. For images to be published on Miller Homes website and social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok);
    2. To grant Miller Homes a non-exclusive royalty free perpetual license to use, images for the purpose of promotion.
  7. Winners will be notified via their chosen contact method as provided and will be required to collect their prize from the sales centre at Woodcross Gate, no later than two weeks after contact.
  8. By entering the competition, entrants agree to take part in publicity to promote the competition.
  9. Miller Homes reserves the right to extend any dates without prior warning.
  10. No responsibility will be accepted for any entries delayed, lost or not included in the competition for any reason whatsoever

Offers are available on new reservations on selected homes for completion by a specified date and no later than the 28th of June 2024. Miller Homes reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend these offers.
