Payment amount would be based upon the purchaser’s mortgage offer. Maximum mortgage payment of £1,000 per month for a maximum of 6 months. Total payment must not be more than 5% of property purchase price. Payment made by deduction from funds due on completion. Cannot be exchanged for cash. Subject to lenders approval.
