When you visit our new showhome at Pearwood Gardens in Eaglescliffe before the 31 July 2023, you can enter our competition to win a Strickland & Holt gift hamper full of handpicked goodies worth over £500 or a £150 local restaurant voucher.

Terms & Conditions 

The hamper competition is open to all people who visit Pearwood Gardens and provide contact details between the dates of 15th July  – 31st July 2023 inclusive.

  1. Two prizes offered are: 1st place Strickland & Holt gift hamper worth £500, 2nd place £150 worth of restaurant vouchers to be used at either Muse, CENA Trattoria in Yarm, The Devonport in Middleton or One Row and The Bay Horse at Hurworth.
  2. No purchase necessary. All prizes given cannot be transferable or refundable. They cannot be exchanged for any alternative or for cash. The vouchers are subject to the restaurants terms and conditions.
  3. Competition is open to UK residents aged 18+ who visit the showhome at Pearwood Gardens before 5.30pm on 31 July 2023.
  4. The competition excludes employees and family of Miller Homes or anyone professionally connected with the company.
  5. Entrants will be drawn at random on 4th August 2023, with the first random winner chosen given the first prize & the second random winner given the 2nd prize.
  6. By entering the competition, entrants agree:
    1. For images to be published on Miller Homes website and social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok); .
    2. To grant Miller Homes a non-exclusive royalty free perpetual license to use, images for the purpose of promotion.
  7. Winners will be notified via their chosen contact method as provided and will be required to collect their prize from the sales centre at Pearwood Gardens , no later than two weeks after contact.
  8. By entering the competition, entrants agree to take part in publicity to promote the competition.
  9. Miller Homes reserves the right to extend any dates without prior warning.
  10. No responsibility will be accepted for any entries delayed, lost or not included in the competition for any reason whatsoever
