‡Options Voucher Offer is applicable to visitors and reservations on any development from 25th July to 31st August 2025. Options must be chosen from our standard range of optional upgrades. No monetary equivalent available. Offer available to customers who register/are registered and opted in to at least one marketing communication preference and visit any development during 25th July to 31st August 2025. Miller Homes reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend these offers. These offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions or offers and cannot be redeemed retrospectively. No cash or other alternative. The incentives and these terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts. Purchasers in Scotland and Northern Ireland may additionally bring an action in their home courts. Miller Homes cannot advise you on a mortgage, please speak to an independent Mortgage Adviser to get a specific mortgage illustration for the property that you wish to buy.


Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
^Visit any Miller Homes development in person and register with us between Friday 25th July and Sunday 31 August 2025 and you’ll automatically enter our competition to win a £10,000 holiday voucher. Registrations can also be made online prior to in person visit. You must be over 18 years of age to enter and not family of Miller Homes employees, agents nor professionally connected with the company. Entries are restricted to one per visit/family (not per individual) regardless of the number of developments visited. One winner will be chosen randomly from the entries and the winner will be notified by email or phone no later than Friday 12 September 2025. The prize is non-refundable and not transferable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative. The winner may be required to take part in publicity to promote the competition. Miller Homes reserves the right to change the dates or conditions of entry. No responsibility will be accepted for any entries delayed, lost or not included in the competition for any reason whatsoever.
