Mother and Daughter Make The Move To Scotland And Into Their Dream Home
Irene Boyes and her daughter, Chloe lived in Surrey but had a family connection to Glasgow and were looking to live near the city. Irene stated: "I come from Renfrew but have lived down south in Surrey for Years. I didn't have my heart set on any particular area in Glasgow, but we had a great feeling about Springhill Meadows as soon as we arrived. It feels like you're in the countryside but it's not far from the bustling town of Barrhead where there's everything we need, from the train station to the sports centre and Chloe's school".

Irene and Chloe live in a four-bedroom Douglas house-type, which has been designed to make the most of natural light.
"We love the design of our home, it's all open-plan and we have plenty of space. It's so bright and the flow of the home makes it great for socialising. Upstairs, we've adapted the bedrooms to suit our needs - we have a study, a guest room and we've turned one of the bedrooms into a chill-out living room for Chloe and her friends.
"I absolutely love my bedroom. It's a little bit of luxury for me, with an ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe. It's definitely got the wow-factor."
Irene and Chloe moved into their new home five months ago after going through the buying process with Miller Homes.
"We chose a new build because of the blank canvas that we could have. Everything is new, which is really lovely, and the team at Miller Homes have been amazing.
