House Hunters go Wild for Regency Gardens

Homebuyers have snapped up the last few remaining properties at Miller Homes’ Nottinghamshire development, Regency Gardens.

The two, three, four and five-bedroom homes in the picturesque town of Southwell received a great deal of interest and have now all completely sold out - in under twelve months.

Alastair Parsons, sales director at Miller Homes Midlands, explained how the success of sales surpassed expectations:

“From the day we launched the development it has created a real buzz with prospective buyers, with our initial launch event having queues out of the door. We knew this development was going to be popular, but to sell out in under a year is fantastic news. This proves that Nottinghamshire really is a sought after place to live.

Organised by NHBC, the standard setting body for new homes, the awards recognise excellence in the quality and safety standards delivered at developments across the country.
