“Fortunately for us, there were a number of Shepherd house types due to be built, so we were able to get in early enough to reserve our plot and choose our fixtures and fittings which was great as it meant we were able to have our home just as we wanted it.”

Gaye, an office manager, added: “Some people find the whole house buying process extremely stressful, but I have to say it was relatively painless thanks to the sales advisor. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but she was really passionate about Miller Homes and was with us every step of the way.

“We also used Miller Homes’ Part Exchange which meant we didn’t have the hassle of putting our apartment on the market and waiting for viewers. Plus, it also meant we moved out of our apartment the day we got the keys to our house which was perfect. We have been in our home since November 2015 and we couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.”
