Miller Homes To Build 750 New Homes In Lichfield

Miller Homes Midlands has unveiled plans to build 750 new homes and other amenities in the heart of Lichfield.

The largest development in Miller Homes Midlands extensive portfolio, house hunters will be able to choose from a selection of 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroomed energy-efficient houses in this new neighbourhood in the village of Streethay.

Set across 135 acres, the development is due to officially launch in October 2016.

Miller Homes will also be building a mixed-use community hub on site, with further details yet to be announced.

Streethay is located just one mile from Lichfield city centre and is also in easy commuting distance to Birmingham, Burton-upon-Trent and Tamworth.

Work is also due to start in May at Millers Croft, in Great Haywood, Staffordshire. Buyers will have a choice of 76, three, four and five bedroom homes.

Miller Homes has also just been awarded five stars, the highest level attainable, in the Home Builders Federation (HBF) National New Home Customer Satisfaction Survey for the fifth consecutive year.
