Over 200 New Homes for Scotland
Leading housebuilder Miller Homes has announced plans to create 205 new homes in Scotland as the company prepares to start building further phases at four sites before the end of the year.
The developments – Keepers Gate at Ellismuir, Woodilee, Roselea and Newton Park – will be expanding.
Keepers Gate at Ellismuir, in Broomhouse, will see a further 23 four and fivebedroom homes being launched this autumn bringing the total number of homes up to 77.
At Lenzie-based Woodilee, the current 98 homes will increase to 181 once the next phase of three, four and five bedroom homes are completed.
Roselea, in Rosewell, will welcome a further 24 homes bringing the total number set to be built to 63.
Newton Park, in Cambuslang, will increase its four and five bedroom offering from 29 to 75.
Neil Gaffney, Scotland Area Sales and Marketing Director at Miller Homes, said: “We are delighted to have such a strong build programme which reflects the needs of discerning new home buyers who are looking for our high quality, sustainable family homes, in some of the best locations across the Glasgow and Midlothian areas.
“These developments are popular choices with families and for buyers who are looking to move in sooner than later, there are a range of offers on selected plots including Part Exchange or reserving for just £99.”
Neil added: “As a five star house builder for customer satisfaction, we are also very proud of our innovative homes and quality workmanship which, coupled together, demonstrate ‘the Miller Difference’ – our business philosophy which is at the very heart of everything we do.”
