Monique Kay and her husband Andy had always dreamed of starting a family in tranquil environment, so when the opportunity came to buy a brand new home surrounded by stunning greenery at Miller Homes’ Birkacre Park development, the couple jumped at the opportunity. Soon after moving in, Monique was thrilled to find out she was expecting baby Caitlin.

We were instantly attracted to the Kipling, as it was different to other traditional homes we had previously seen.”

The couple were looking for a new home which would support family life and was in a good location. Monique continues: “When we bought the house we were really excited to start a family so it was important to find a home which was close to schools and had a place for children to play in a safe environment. The communal pond is great as we can take Caitlin for a walk to feed the ducks right on our doorstep.”
