National Award Win For Miller Homes' Site Manager

Scott Brown, site manager at Miller Homes’ Varcity South development is celebrating after picking up a top UK building industry award.

Scott won the NHBC’s Pride in the Job Supreme ‘multi-storey builder’ award, demonstrating his professionalism, creativity and expertise.

The Supreme Awards Gala Dinner, the Oscars of the building industry, took place on Friday (17th January) in the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel in London, bringing over 800 guests to honour site managers from across the UK.

Scott had been shortlisted from over 15,000 original award entries and fought off stiff competition from seven other regional winners in the ‘multi-storey’ category.

Scott who has nearly 25 years’ experience working in the building industry won the Scottish regional ‘multi-storey builder’ title in October and put forward for the Supreme Award.

He said:

“To win an NHBC Supreme Award, the UK’s top award for the house-building industry, is every site managers’ dream. 

“Varcity South is a unique development and as a team we take great pride in making this development a popular place to live.”
