Gold for The Miller Group

Putting its people first is clearly a key priority for The Miller Group after the company and two of its businesses were awarded the highest accolade by Investors in People.

Following a recent assessment, The Miller Group, Miller Homes and Miller Construction have been awarded Investors in People (IIP) recognition at Gold level, placing the business amongst the top 3% of companies accredited in the UK. 

The re-assessment process involved interviewing a selection of employees and examining the criteria the business has in place to develop strategies to improve performance, how to implement those strategies and how to evaluate and ensure continuous improvement.
